These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both you and Cellular Advisory while ensuring a professional, ethical, and transparent partnership.

Complete the application below after reviewing the Program Terms & Conditions. Applications are reviewed before approval.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cellular Advisory Wellness Partner Program Terms & Conditions.

The Cellular Advisory Wellness Partner Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to Cellular Advisory through their unique referral link.

Approved Partners currently receive:

  • 10% commission on eligible purchases.
  • A unique referral link.
  • A personalized discount code for their audience.
  • Access to educational and marketing resources.
  • Ongoing program support.
  • Program benefits may be modified from time to time.

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Agree to these Terms.

Participation is subject to approval.

Cellular Advisory reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

Participation in this Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency, joint venture, or representative relationship.

Wellness Partners operate as independent contractors.

Approved Wellness Partners cCommissions are earned only on verified, completed purchases tracked through your approved referral link.

No commission will be paid on:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded purchases
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Self-referrals
  • Orders that violate Program policies

Cellular Advisory reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions resulting from invalid transactions.

Account Credit Payments. Partners may elect to receive eligible commission payments as Cellular Advisory Account Credit. Account Credit is issued as a unique promotional code restricted to the partner’s designated email address and may be used only toward eligible purchases on cellularadvisory.com. Account Credit has no cash value, may not be transferred, and cannot be used to generate additional partner commissions. Unless otherwise approved by Cellular Advisory, each Account Credit code must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partners should contact Cellular Advisory before redeeming less than the full value of a code so the credit may be reissued in separate amounts.

Each approved Partner receives a unique referral link.

Partners may also receive a personalized promotional code that provides first-time customers with an exclusive discount.

Partners may not:

  • sell coupon codes
  • post codes on coupon aggregation websites
  • advertise misleading discounts
  • alter referral links
  • create deceptive promotions

Referral links and promotional codes remain the property of Cellular Advisory.

Current minimum payout:

  • $50 USD
  • Payments are processed according to the current payout schedule after transaction verification.
  • Partners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with commissions earned.

Partners may access educational and promotional resources provided through the Partner Resource Library.

These materials:

  • remain the property of Cellular Advisory.
  • may not be modified in a misleading manner.
  • may not be redistributed for resale.

Our reputation is one of our most valuable assets.

Partners agree to represent Cellular Advisory professionally, honestly, and respectfully at all times.

Partners may not:

  • purchase advertising using Cellular Advisory trademarks without written authorization
  • impersonate Cellular Advisory
  • represent themselves as employees
  • create unofficial Cellular Advisory websites
  • modify logos without permission
  • use trademarks improperly
  • publish false reviews

Cellular Advisory is committed to education-first wellness.

Partners agree not to:

  • diagnose disease
  • prescribe treatment
  • claim products cure or prevent disease
  • promise specific health outcomes
  • encourage anyone to discontinue prescribed medications
  • make misleading health claims

All educational materials should be presented responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines.

Whenever recommending Cellular Advisory products, Partners should clearly disclose that they may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.

Example disclosure:

“As a Cellular Advisory Wellness Partner, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral link.”

All Cellular Advisory logos, branding, graphics, product photography, educational materials, videos, website content, downloadable resources, and marketing assets remain the exclusive property of Cellular Advisory.

During active participation in the Program, Partners receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for promoting Cellular Advisory.

Partners agree not to disclose confidential information including:

  • future product releases
  • proprietary educational materials
  • business strategies
  • pricing information
  • supplier relationships
  • internal communications
  • marketing plans

Cellular Advisory continually improves its programs.Cellular Advisory may suspend or terminate participation immediately if a Partner:

  • violates these Terms
  • engages in deceptive marketing
  • damages the Cellular Advisory brand
  • violates applicable law
  • makes prohibited health claims
  • engages in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, Partners must immediately discontinue use of all Cellular Advisory branding and promotional materials.

The Cellular Advisory Wellness Partner Program, website, educational resources, and products are provided for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing contained within this Program constitutes medical advice or creates a practitioner-patient relationship.

Partners are solely responsible for the content they publish and the representations they make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellular Advisory, Medwater, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Program.

In no event shall Cellular Advisory’s total liability exceed the commissions actually paid to the Partner during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Partners agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cellular Advisory, Medwater, LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • misuse of Cellular Advisory intellectual property
  • violations of these Terms
  • marketing activities
  • statements or representations made by the Partner
  • violations of applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
