Because some products may ship from different locations or directly from manufacturers or suppliers, shipping times, carriers, tracking information, packaging, and delivery timing may vary by product.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a follow-up communication.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. An order may show as processed or shipped once it has been submitted to the applicable fulfillment partner, manufacturer, supplier, warehouse, or carrier.

Processing times may be affected by product availability, supplier processing schedules, holidays, carrier delays, weather events, high order volume, backorders, payment review, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside of Cellular Advisory’s direct control.


2. Shipping Locations and Fulfillment Partners

Cellular Advisory may fulfill orders directly or through third-party brands, manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

Some products may ship directly from the applicable brand, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment center. This may be done for reasons including product availability, freshness, manufacturer requirements, inventory management, quality control, temperature considerations, or faster delivery.

If your order contains items from more than one brand, supplier, or fulfillment location, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.


3. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments. Split shipments may occur when products are sourced from different suppliers, ship from different warehouses, require different handling, are temporarily out of stock, or are fulfilled directly by a manufacturer or distributor.

You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order. Delivery of one package does not mean the entire order has been delivered.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for delays caused by split shipments, supplier processing times, manufacturer-direct fulfillment, carrier routing, or separate tracking timelines.


4. Domestic Shipping

Cellular Advisory currently offers shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered, shipping destination, carrier availability, supplier requirements, and fulfillment location.

Shipping rates, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.


5. Free Shipping

Cellular Advisory may offer free standard U.S. shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $99, or another order minimum shown at checkout or on the website.

Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the United States through Cellular Advisory’s standard fulfillment channels.

Free shipping may not apply to all products, brands, orders, or destinations. Certain products may be excluded from free shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Products shipped directly by a manufacturer, brand, supplier, distributor, or third-party fulfillment partner
  • Orders requiring multiple shipments from different suppliers
  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Oversized, heavy, fragile, or special-handling items
  • Expedited shipping orders
  • International orders
  • Backordered or special-order products
  • Products subject to supplier-specific shipping restrictions or fees

Final shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. If a free shipping offer appears on the website, it does not guarantee that every product or every order qualifies.

Cellular Advisory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free shipping offers at any time without prior notice.


6. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, fulfillment partner timing, supplier processing schedules, weather, holidays, address accuracy, product availability, and other factors outside of Cellular Advisory’s control.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for carrier delays, supplier delays, manufacturer delays, customs delays, weather-related delays, holiday delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.


7. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email or through your order account.

Tracking information may not update immediately after a label is created. A shipping label may be generated before the carrier physically receives or scans the package.

For split shipments, tracking information may be provided separately for each package.

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, in transit, delivered, misrouted, or otherwise affected by the carrier, you may need to contact the carrier directly for the most current delivery information.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misspelled, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, misdelivered, or delivered to the wrong location because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, replacement costs, return fees, carrier fees, or reshipment charges.

Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or missing packages after they have been shipped, including packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, package lockers, front desks, and the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing any applicable claim with the carrier unless otherwise required by the carrier or fulfillment partner. Cellular Advisory may assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement, refund, or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.


10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@CellularAdvisory.com.

To review a damaged item claim, we may require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the shipping box or mailer
  • Clear photos of the packing materials
  • Clear photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue

Please keep the product, packaging, shipping materials, and label until the issue is resolved. The carrier, supplier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner may require inspection or additional documentation.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution is not guaranteed and may depend on the applicable carrier, supplier, manufacturer, fulfillment partner, product type, and available evidence.


11. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@CellularAdvisory.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items received
  • Photos of the packing slip, if included
  • Photos of the shipping box or mailer
  • A description of what is missing or incorrect

For split shipments, one package may arrive before the rest of the order. An item is not considered missing if it is part of a separate shipment still in transit.

Incorrect or missing item claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may coordinate with the applicable supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner before determining the appropriate resolution.


12. Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable, delayed, backordered, discontinued, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we may contact you with available options.

Depending on the circumstances, options may include waiting for restock, substituting another product, partially fulfilling the order, issuing store credit, or canceling/refunding the unavailable item.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for supplier inventory changes, manufacturer discontinuations, formulation changes, packaging changes, or fulfillment delays.


13. Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some products may be sensitive to heat, cold, humidity, or extended transit times. Product manufacturers may determine how such items are packaged, stored, and shipped.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, standard shipping may not include refrigerated, cold-chain, insulated, or expedited handling.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for damage, potency concerns, texture changes, melting, softening, clumping, separation, or other product changes caused by weather, carrier delays, improper storage after delivery, packages left outdoors, mailroom delays, or failure to retrieve the package promptly.

For temperature-sensitive items, customers should monitor tracking and retrieve packages as soon as possible after delivery.


14. Supplements, Wellness Products, and Product Integrity

For safety and quality reasons, supplements, wellness products, consumable products, personal-care products, testing-related products, opened items, used items, and products with broken seals may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise required by law or approved by Cellular Advisory in writing.

15. International Shipping

Cellular Advisory may limit shipping to the United States unless international shipping is expressly offered at checkout.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for international orders delayed, rejected, confiscated, returned, destroyed, taxed, or otherwise affected by customs authorities, import restrictions, carrier rules, or local regulations.

No refund is guaranteed for international shipments affected by customs, import restrictions, or customer failure to comply with local laws.


16. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or fulfillment partner, the customer may be responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, reshipment charges, carrier fees, handling fees, and any non-refundable product costs.

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments for returned or undeliverable packages are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Products that are perishable, temperature-sensitive, opened, damaged, expired, discontinued, special-order, or not eligible for resale may not be refundable.


17. Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be processed quickly. Once an order has been submitted to a supplier, manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, fulfillment partner, or carrier, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.

Requests to cancel or change an order are not guaranteed.

If an order has already shipped or entered fulfillment, the customer may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges, return fees, supplier fees, cancellation fees, or non-refundable product costs.


18. Carrier Responsibility

Shipping carriers are independent third parties. Cellular Advisory does not control carrier scanning, routing, delivery timing, package placement, delivery confirmation, delays, loss, theft, or damage after shipment.

Carrier delivery confirmation, including a “delivered” status, may be used as evidence of delivery.

If a shipment issue occurs after the package is transferred to the carrier, resolution may depend on the carrier’s policies, investigation process, claim approval, and available evidence.


19. Package Protection

Cellular Advisory may offer optional package protection, shipping insurance, or similar delivery-protection services through a third-party provider, if available.

If package protection is offered and declined, Cellular Advisory may not be responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages after shipment.

If package protection is purchased, claims may be subject to the terms, conditions, documentation requirements, exclusions, and approval process of the third-party protection provider.


20. Product Packaging, Branding, and Inserts

Products may arrive in packaging from Cellular Advisory, a third-party brand, manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, or fulfillment partner.

Packaging, labels, inserts, bottle designs, serving sizes, formulas, ingredient panels, warnings, and product appearances may change from time to time based on manufacturer updates.

Product images on the website are for general reference and may not always reflect the most current packaging or label.


21. No Guaranteed Delivery Date

Any delivery date or delivery window provided at checkout, in tracking, by a carrier, or by a fulfillment partner is an estimate only.

Cellular Advisory does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing by Cellular Advisory.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for missed deadlines, appointments, travel dates, protocol start dates, practitioner appointments, events, or other consequences resulting from shipping delays.


22. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages, especially packages containing supplements, wellness products, consumable items, temperature-sensitive products, or products that may be affected by heat, cold, rain, humidity, theft, or prolonged exposure.

Cellular Advisory is not responsible for items damaged, lost, stolen, spoiled, or affected after delivery confirmation.
